An unexpected dining delight

Our family banquet went off without a hitch, thanks to Ms. Madhurima's careful planning and the chefs' skill. The food was so tasty that guests went back for seconds!

However, the reception staff seemed overwhelmed during check-in, leading to a long wait that felt unnecessary, especially for our elderly guests.

The stay was quite enjoyable as I was able to relax in the rooftop pool, which was a perfect way to unwind. The gym was also well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with my workouts. The evening lounge access for drinks was a nice bonus, and Chef Siraj's Dal Makhni was absolutely delicious, adding to my overall satisfaction.

I had an awesome stay with a stunning view from my spacious room on the 11th floor, and the in-room dining was top-notch, especially the delicious kababs.

Kunal and Harsh at the front desk were really good! Kunal was my first interaction, and Harsh really stepped up when my credit card was acting up-they made me feel at ease even when things were maddening.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but all things considered it was good enough.

The hotel atmosphere provided a relaxing retreat. However, the buffet dinner left much to be desired. The restaurant staff insisted on the buffet despite my preference for ordering from the menu, which was frustrating. Also, the security staff addressed me rudely about my swim shorts, which felt unnecessary and awkward. Staff friendliness varied greatly during my stay, impacting the overall experience.

Had an awesome time here with my friends! We visited Victoria Memorial and went shopping at New Market, totally loved the experiences. The hotel is modern, clean, and has great amenities. The breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the service was top-notch. Can't wait to come back for another stay!
